Production Time
As each custom product is made by hand, the production timeline will vary based on design complexity and material availability. On average, it takes 7 to 21 business days to complete a custom order. This does not include shipping time.

Pricing and Payment
Once the design and specifications are finalized, the total cost of the customized product will be shared with you.

A 50% advance payment is required to begin production. The remaining 50% must be paid before dispatch. Production will only start after the initial payment is received. All payments are processed securely via our trusted third-party gateways.
